          Nicole, a 2nd grade, 7-year old pupil at a private school. Who is eligible to participate in any school activity.
          
           Nicole has a friendly and outgoing personality, she enjoys interactions with peers
and also with the adults; Nicole's Mother say that she has a short attention to academic tasks.
And the client needs support and supervision.


C.

         The client loves music and really fond playing personal computer.
Nicole's parents want her to continue her actively participation in any school activity and also give attention or focus to academic tasks. She really requires extended time to communicate her responses on all tasks.


D.Psychosocial History


         Nicole was the 3rd child of Mr. and Mrs.Edward and Lhea Rustria. The only daughter in the family, Living in a subdivision, a Class B Family and as I observed the client can get whatever she wanted to her parents unlike any ordinary child.

        The client was a happy child, Loves music  and playing personal computer, Well Loved and nurtured by her parents, siblings and grandparents.

        She is active in school,( when it comes in school activities i.e role playing,dance contest) But, She has a short attention to academic tasks.

                               The client is friendly, she enjoys interaction with peers.
                                She tends to hug everyone whenever she is happy.

      According to her parents, when she was 2 years old. She is beginning to use pictures,can dicriminate between two pictures, can identify the letters and the numbers 1 to 10.

     Excited when she entered her preparatory when she was 5 years old. But when she turns 6 years of age and learned how to used personal computer her parents thought it could be a big help for their child to know how to access and used computer. But her interest in academic and school become poor and slow.

      I Guess, the client was overwhelmed, well - loved and nurtured by her parents.
But, still the client was not ready to attend to her class nor ready to go to school and in this case the parents cannot pushed the child to do things she wanted.

     The client was said to be very addicted playing personal computer, though active in some school activities.
So, The parents need to assure that whenever the client will play computer make sure that it has a educational games included. So the child will enjoy playing at the same time learning.

     Nicole will analyze and enjoy going to school, and use her friendly personality to communicate with her peers or classmates and at the same time, give importance and attention to her academic tasks.


H.

    The client can use her friendly personality to communicate with her peers/classmates.  In this case,if ever the client will enjoy being with her classmates the possible she can give attention and interact and enjoy learning.
  

I.

     February 17, 2011 The client mother try to push her to be with her classmates, so that, she can interact and enjoy to stay at school. And at the present time the client mother trying to convince her child to go and participate in some school activity not only in school contest but, also in academic affair or tasks.


J.

     Nicole, is a 7 year old child loves to interact with other people.
But, she has a short attention in her academic tasks. The problem here is that she at her age was said to be addicted already on a personal computer games as what her parents told. And need to settle as early as possible.

K.

     In this case study, the client is still young and need to explore things in able for her to realize or to enjoy being at school. I may suggest that we cannot push any child to go to school if they are not really ready yet.
We can help them by guiding them and supporting them on what they wanted to do but with limitations and little by little start to convince them.

L.

     In Early Childhood Education there's a lot of  Approaches but all of them has the same goal and that is "Best Education for all children" and in some approaches says that we cannot push a child if he/she doesn't want to go to school yet. Better to stay and wait for the right time. But, at first introduce some educational materials so, atleast if they are ready it is easy for them to go to school.
